How to Manage Two Instagram Accounts

In a simple world, we would only have one Instagram account to worry about – and that would be our own personal account.

However, the world that we live in is no longer simple – and social media is no longer just for socializing. Social media is also for getting your product out there, to advertise your brand.

This is why, aside from your main account, you may also have one or two Instagram accounts that you use for business. It makes it a lot easier for you to keep things organized and to separate your private life from your work life.

Still, there is a lot of work in managing more than one account – and it takes more than learning how to buy Instagram accounts to get things done efficiently. Unless you know how to properly “glide” through them, you might find yourself with more work than you can actually manage.

This is why you need to learn how to manage those accounts properly so that you do not lose any of your viewers. You must find an efficient way to switch between those accounts so that no moments are lost while you are signing in or out.

Here are a few good ways for you to manage more than one Instagram account.

Add the New Instagram Account

At this point, Instagram allows you to add up to five different accounts to just one device. Therefore, if you currently have a personal account and a business account, then you might simply use your mobile phone to operate those accounts.

In order to add that new account, you will need to go to the profile page of your Instagram. Once there, look at the top right of your screen and you will see the menu icon (the “hamburger lines,”) that will lead you to the settings.

This process is fairly intuitive, and even if you are not an expert in Instagram technology, it should be quite easy for you to find out where the “Settings” option is.

Once you scroll down past Security, Payments, Logins, and so on, you will see the option there to “Add Account.” From that point on, all you will have to do is add your username and your password – after which you should be good to go.

Switch Between Accounts

Now that you have added another account to your device, all you have to do is switch between them when you need them. This action is very easy to do, as all you will have to do is go to your profile and tap on your username.

Once you do that, a pop-up menu will appear – and you should be able to choose from any of the accounts that you added.

This system is actually quite convenient, as you will no longer have to log out of your current account so that you can log into this one.

Granted, you will still appear like you are offline – but at least you will not have to write your username and password again each time you want to log into the other account.

Set Your Notifications

Push notifications and all types of notifications are a very efficient way to customize your account so that you always remain updated.

Whenever you receive a new notification on one account that you have been logged out of, you may still be able to receive a notification – one that will prompt you to immediately log in.

This can actually be something very important to do if you receive a sensitive message that has to be quickly dealt with.

Customizing your Instagram account to receive push notifications is actually quite easier than you may think. First, go to your profile age, hit the menu icon, and scroll all the way down to “Settings.”

Another popup will show up and from there, you will have to hit “Notifications.”

At this point, you may also select in which way you wish to be notified. You may go for your classic push notifications, or you may go for email or SMS accounts.

These may be highly efficient if you want to see your notifications right away and do not wish to miss out on anything – at any time.

Use a Time Management App

Nowadays, regardless of the system that you use – whether we’re talking about Android or iOS – there are countless apps that you may use to organize the time that you spend on any Instagram account.

They’re not very expensive either (some of them are even free), and they will help you post with much better efficiency.

Bear in mind that if you purchase multiple Instagram accounts from ACCS Market to give your business a push, you might want to make a proper investment in the apps you use as well.

For example, while free apps may be very tempting to use, you may literally get just what you pay for – which in this case, is exactly nothing. For this reason, you might want to properly consider the effects of the investment in the long run.

The Bottom Line

Managing two Instagram accounts at the same time might seem like something trivial to do – but at the same time, it is very easy to miss out on the content of one page simply because you were on the other one.

This is why you might want to be completely sure that you have a system to manage both of those accounts.

No matter if you are putting different settings or you are using a helping app, managing two Instagram accounts should be easily done with a few extra steps and with a little bit of determination.
